Consultation

We begin with a consultation where I learn about your preferences, needs, and goals. During this consultation, we establish a “scope of work,” or a list of what is included in the project, and areas of priority. After the consultation, you will receive a written summary of our meeting, a scope-of-work document, a proposal for your project, and a work agreement.

Design & Presentation

With your preferences in mind, I will create a design presentation tailored to your needs. This presentation typically includes inspiration images, swatches, and samples that capture the mood and design direction we aim to achieve in the space. Additionally, I will develop a detailed space plan to optimize the flow and functionality of the area. This will be accompanied by a carefully crafted floor plan that serves your specific requirements, ensuring the space is both aesthetically pleasing and practical.

I will present the design to you and we can discuss its details together. After the presentation, I will incorporate your feedback to fine-tune the design and assemble the specific pieces for its execution.

Execution

Once you approve the design, I coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to bring the design to life. If construction is involved, I regularly visit the site, closely watching contractors to ensure the process is smooth, on schedule, and all details are correctly executed. As your project progresses, I will personally coordinate with you on every detail, including preparation, storage, construction schedules, delivery, and installation of all products in your home. All purchasing will be handled through AD Interiors.

Final Touches

Upon completion of the design installation, I will give the space a final styling to ensure your home reflects your vision and exceeds your expectations in every way. You’re going to love your home!
